Main results
Lin Huan has been working on a lawyer's work experience, has been dealing with the banking, finance, business, foreign investment related legal affairs, not only in the banking sector of the law, but also to provide legal services for a number of Multi-National Corporation.
Once service foreign: Czech Flowserve Corporation, Southeast (Fujian) motor, TPV technology, a new world information system, control a shares, Macao and Asia in precious metals, Fujian Fuqiang precision printed circuit board company, Dayu era. Had handled legal affairs: loans from commercial banks and syndicated loans, credit or mortgage, former including southeast car, a series of enterprises with foreign investment planning for banking and financial services, general and syndicated loan law, debt restructuring and disposal of non-performing assets, the International Finance Corporation (members of the World Bank) and Beijing, a group of equity transfer transactions, and so on.
Lin's major companies and financial securities laws, which have not only helped them to understand the company, financial and securities laws, but also have good English communication and writing skills, can more accurately provide foreign legal services for enterprises.
