工作经历

王律师执业以来,以其丰富的法律知识及执业经验为为多家企业及个人提供法律服务。其曾经提供法律服务的企业有：美国加州烹饪公司、北京李先生加州牛肉面大王有限公司、赛迪顾问股份有限公司等。其承办的美国鸿利国际公司诉上海美祺牛肉面餐饮有限公司专利权纠纷一案（以我代理的被告方胜诉），被中国法院网刊登，收入裁判文书数据库，同时被《2001上海法院案例精选》一书刊登（No.1知识产权律师网也与以刊登）。2002年，代表美国加州烹饪公司向吉林省和长春市工商局投诉18家假冒“美国加州牛肉面大王”快餐店侵犯商标权和知名商标一案，得到了处理，被媒体广泛报道，称为吉林省处理的第一起“跨国知识产权案”，被评为长春市10年打假案例之一。王律师业余时间还曾发表多篇论文，其中《关于我国法律解释的若干问题》被《中国法学》刊登。
